to day is the first day in 9 days that I can eat normal food aggen (of cors helthy food) i just got done with a diet that I did with my roommate. it is called isegenix and the point of it is to clean out all of the toxens that are bilt up in your body form all kinds of difrent things. it was hard to do at times but i am glad i did it with Amanda, I dont know if i would have been able to have done it with out here. it was very striced and on a time scedual which made it doable for me. we will see what hapens form here though.

I finished my paper last night on Isaiah 3:16-24 man it was tuff i dont think i picked a vers that was confusing enough so i think it made it a little more difecault.

We have a 4 day berak for thanksgiveing which i am very exited about but i have a tone of reading to ceatch up on and a project to do so it will be besy. My sister Nicole is flying down TOMAROW I AM SOOSOSOSOSOSO EXITED!!!! My cusen Sarah, posibly Chris (cusen that i go to school with) and I are going to pick her up TOMAROW!!!! And because i dont have classes on tusdays we are going to go dress shopoing because Nicole is the Made of Honer in Sarah's weading this summer and Chris and I will just sit back and hag out. then i have class on wensday as well as practice and then I am out. I will dont know what i am doing wensday night but i think that i will probably be picking up my grandparents and driving out to my uncle's ranch that is about an hour and a half + away form school. then we will spend thanks giving with the fam out there and i can hardly wate.
